- Assassin´s Creed: Origins is the latest installment in Ubisoft´s historical action series, set in Ancient Egypt. The game tells the story of the beginning of the war between the Templar and Assassin orders, thus serving as a prequel to the entire series. The game´s protagonist, a Medjay named Bayek, witnesses a series of historical events and becomes embroiled in a conflict with the people who would later found the Templar Order.
- The gameplay of AC: Origins is significantly different from previous installments in the series. Its combat system is more reminiscent of Skyrim or Dark Souls than previous Assassin´s Creed games. It´s also worth noting that the game features numerous role-playing elements, such as a wide selection of diverse weapons, a branching skill tree, and much more. The world in Origins is the largest in the series, offering players a glimpse into Ancient Egypt during the time of Cleopatra and Caesar.
