Без проблем заработало с 1 раза на смартфоне, получил доступ в аккаунт PSN.
С самим приложением Control D Quick Setup пришлось заморочиться так как на моём Xiaomi смена региона не помогла найти и установить приложение из Google Play (а может руки подвели в этот раз), пришлось скачивать и ставить вручную.

Купил товар.
В объявлении было указано страна- Турция
По итогу ДНС Румынии, которая мне не нужна.
На сообщения отвечают долго, по времени не сориентировали.
Не рекомендую.
