Все быстро и просто, игра в библиотеке. Есть инструкция, что не надо делать после смены региона. Спасибо:)

Всё отлично, взял помимо это игры ещё 2 со сменой региона, предварительно обсудив.
Продавец всё сделал быстро! Даже не пришлось отключать steam guard.
После покупки прислал рекомендации что не нужно делать после смены региона.
