First gift card rejected by steam. Second time seller gives me new gift card worked. Make sure to disable Steam Guard and use Firefox with Socks 5 Proxy or HTTPS. Use firefox web browser to sign in in steam with proxy . Don´t buy any games for few days from steam after region changed. And sign into steam account with proxy for 2 or 3 days to prevent region reversal into original country.
Make sure IP not detected as vpn https://nodedata.io/vpn-detection-test.
Use private Socks5 & HTTPs proxies. Not any VPN. [Protonvpn or Expressvpn wil not work].
