I accidentally purchased the wrong quantity and contacted the seller to request a refund so I could repurchase the correct, more expensive item from them. Instead of helping resolve the issue, they are trying to charge me a 25% fee despite no service or product being provided, even though I still intend to purchase the upgraded item from the same seller.
The buyer selected the wrong subscription duration by mistake and asked us not to deliver the product. Before purchase, the product description clearly stated that refunds before delivery are possible only with a 25% deduction. We offered two options: receive the purchased product or accept a partial refund according to the stated terms. A full refund is not provided in this case because the mistake was made when choosing the product option.
