Купил подписку ultra на месяц и спустя 5 дней продавец оформил возврат средств и подписка была отменена.
После обращения к продавцу, сначала договорились, что подписку мне оплатят на следующий день, якобы по ошибке сделали возврат средств.

Спустя три дня продавец говорит, что у него якобы нет возможности оплатить подписку.
Итого деньги уплачены, подписки нет, продавец не в состоянии предоставить товар.

I purchased a monthly Ultra subscription, and five days later, the seller issued a refund and the subscription was canceled.
After contacting the seller, we initially agreed that they will pay for the subscription the next day (somehow refund was a mistake made by seller).

Three days later, the seller says they are unable to pay for the subscription.
So, the money has been paid, the subscription is gone, and the seller is unable to pay for the item.
