It´s been more than a day and I still haven´t received even the steam account. I´ll happily update the review once I get to play the game.
UPDATE: although a bit slow and mostly due to the shitty ubisoft launcher but the seller was helpful through and now i could finally access the game.

I had issues concerning tge time difference and some errors but the guy is patient and helpful regarding that .
